what's new
A quiet log of how the site grows. Newest first.
June 2026
The window became real. Rain now beads and runs on the glass, big drops refract an upside-down world, condensation fogs the edges and you can wipe it with a finger. Puddles reflect the scene; lightning flickers and arrives before its thunder; the moon shows its true phase; birds occasionally cross the sky; meteor showers fall on the real Perseid and Geminid dates.
Living weather. A drift engine slowly swells and eases the rain, wind, thunder and ocean like real fronts passing — with a toggle for purists. Thunder gained a distance model with light-before-sound physics.
Journeys. Three authored arcs with an actual ending: Nightfall (25m), Deep Work (30m), Clearing Sky (20m).
Real instruments. The bowl, temple bell, koto and bamboo were rebuilt with per-partial decay, beating and true strike transients.
Craft. A calmer, stiller scene (no cursor parallax), cinematic opening, idle-fading interface, named share cards, a live "now" line, and dozens of fixes from full-page audits.
Earlier
The core mixer: fourteen synthesized sounds, moods, weather sync, time-of-day sky, sleep/focus/wake timers, breathing pace, Vantablack, offline support, and seven scenery worlds.
